This is Mrs. Taylor, proud principal of Warren Central High School! I’m excited to begin a full week of school as we continue pushing forward through the semester. Although temperatures remain cold, our doors are open and learning is moving full speed ahead.
Please note that Mid-Quarter 3 ends on February 6, and grades should be fully updated by February 11. Tutoring has resumed, and Academic Advisory is available for all students who may need additional academic support. We strongly encourage families and students to take advantage of these resources.
Families with incoming 8th graders are invited to join us this Wednesday, February 4, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. for our Journey to High School: 8th Grade Showcase. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Warren Central High School and what we have to offer. Additional details can be found in our school newsletter.
Please also note the following upcoming dates:
Monday, February 16 – No School (Presidents’ Day) eLearning day 10-12th Grade
Tuesday, February 17 – No School for Students (Staff Professional Development Day) eLearning for 9-12th Grade
More information will be shared as these dates approach. Please plan accordingly.
As always, we know that students who are present daily, arrive on time, and actively engage in their learning experience greater success. We appreciate your partnership in ensuring students attend school consistently. If your student is unable to attend, please be sure to report the absence by calling our attendance line at 317-532-6200.
